This article will explain how to retrieve a lost username or password.
Self Recovery Method
If you do not know your password, username, email address or the answer to the secret question you entered when you registered, you will need to contact the organization you fly with to get this information.
Contact the Organization you Fly with
Call the organization you fly with to get this information. They will be able to reset and e-mail you a new temporary password. Your username will be sent along with a new temporary password. Please remember that it may take a few minutes for you to receive your new login information once it is e-mailed to you. After you receive your new credentials, the system will ask you to change your password when you login for the first time. The organization you fly with will also be able to help you if your account has been deleted or deactivated.
If you fly with multiple organizations that use Flight Schedule Pro, please note that you cannot link your account to multiple organizations at this time. You will need a different username and password for each organization using Flight Schedule Pro. If you need to signup for a different organization, please do so here: https://login.flightschedulepro.com/SelfService/UserSignupStep1.aspx
If you are the System Administrator for Flight Schedule Pro at your organization and need your credentials, please open a ticket with our Support Department at: http://flightschedulepro.helpserve.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit
